2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or our services, you are contracting with Safari Stays (Pty) Ltd, trading as AwareStaff, and agree to these terms. Continued use of the website or services means you accept these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

3. Accounts and seats

Company administrators must provide accurate information and keep their login details secure. Each learner seat is for one named person and may not be shared, or transferred once the learner has started a course.

4. Pricing, payment and refunds

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are payable in advance.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. This does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Training, not advice

Our courses provide general awareness training. They are not legal, technical or professional advice. Completing a course does not guarantee that a company will avoid security incidents or be fully compliant with POPIA or any other law. Each company remains responsible for its own security and compliance.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, share or republish our course content; attempt to access another company's data; interfere with the security of the website; use the website or services for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; or introduce malware, probe, or scrape the service.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our courses — including text, videos, quizzes, images, logos and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Buying seats gives the named learners a non-exclusive right to use the courses for their own training.

8. Limitation of liability

The Company, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services, service interruptions, or third-party websites linked from this website. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update courses to keep them accurate.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes will be resolved in the appropriate South African courts.
